Tom Walklett – CEO

As Walklett Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Tom is responsible for the long-term strategic direction of Walklett Group along with partner development, client relations, marketing, and finance. Tom sets the tone for Walklett Group’s values, ethics and culture just as he’s done for the past 30 years. Tom’s ultimate commitment is to help his clients and his employees achieve optimum performance. Tom is a proven leader, with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.

Under Tom’s leadership Walklett Group has had the opportunity to serve many Fortune 1000 clients across a broad range of industries. Tom led the development of numerous practice areas each of which included the development of new proprietary services and methodologies for delivery of packaged services. Walklett Group was listed #133 on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 of the fastest growing companies in America. Before founding Walklett Group in 1985, Tom started out in the IT industry as a software engineer for Eastman Kodak and Digital Equipment Corporation. Tom has been nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Delaware.

Travis Walklett, Esq. –  COO | General Counsel

As Walklett Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Travis leads all day-to-day operations including business development, recruiting and service delivery. With a heavy focus on quality, Travis ensures that Walklett Group’s project teams have all the necessary training and resources to be successful. Travis is also responsible for recognizing industry trends and changes in market conditions, as well as assist in the development of new strategies to better position Walklett Group for the ever-changing IT environment.

As General Counsel, Travis has ultimate responsibility for all legal support for Walklett Group. This includes negotiating client contracts, partnership agreements, and government compliance.

Prior to joining Walklett Group, Travis was in private practice focusing on corporate and real estate matters. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law.

Trevor Walklett – CMO

As Walklett Group’s Chief Marketing Officer, Trevor is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Walklett Group’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Trevor’s primary focus is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful campaigns for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, communications, advertising and public relations. In addition to overseeing Walklett Group’s marketing strategy, Trevor oversees new business development, product development, and customer service.

Prior to joining Walklett Group, Trevor held positions in entertainment talent management for Viacom, Inc. (MTV, VH1, and Bravo) and brand marketing management for education technology giant 2U, Inc. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts in film and entertainment business practices from Arizona State University and an MBA in marketing management from Syracuse University.

Rick Windon – Senior Vice President of Sales

As Walklett Group’s SVP of Sales, Rick leads business development, sales strategy, and sales operations. As a member of the leadership team, he advances corporate strategy, marketing, and service delivery.

Leveraging the inherent value of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Rick focuses on introducing near-term, sustainable value to Walklett’s clients. The straight-forward alignment of business imperatives to contemporary technology-based solutions is the foundation to his approach.

Rick is also responsible for anticipating and evolving automation innovations acrossed a broad spectrum of business verticals.
Prior to joining Walklett Group, Rick founded Torus Partners, a firm dedicated to increasing valuations for technology service firms based on the insertion of contemporary technologies and processes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the National-Louis University and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.
